How we sell

PEEK and ONE will launch first on Kickstarter. Payment, delivery and refunds for launch orders follow the terms published on the Kickstarter campaign page.

The Twiddle website does not take orders or payments at this time.

Shipping

Returns and warranty

If your product arrives with a quality problem, email contact@twiddle-ai.com with your order details and photos or a video of the issue.

Privacy

What we collect: the email address you give us when you join a waitlist or create an account.

How we use it: to send product and launch updates you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored: data from twiddle-ai.com.cn is stored on servers in mainland China; data from twiddle-ai.com is stored with Cloudflare, and emails are sent through Resend.

On the devices: PEEK processes camera images on the device and does not upload them. ONE processes audio without a network connection.
